Steve Simon, the head chef/owner of Simons' Hermann Waterfront Restaurant and Bar, directs excellence in food preparation. Steve is well known for his food fare: seafood, salads, German dishes, homemade brats--you name it--Steve can make it! He regularly refreshes his menus, ALWAYS offering delicious food at such reasonable prices.
Three rooms offer a latitude of possiblity for consumers:
* The Blue Room: Private Dining for as many as 20.
* The Captain's Quarters: Private Dining for as many as 50.
* The Main Room: Private dining for 1 or more.
